All Purchases on Promotional Sales and Discounted Products Void our refund policy and are Final but we understand that some things out of our control may happen so we will make exceptions and work to make our customers happy.

We want all Customers to feel safe when they purchase from owmycgi.net, and at your request within 15 days of purchasing, owmycgi will refund any Regular non sale or discount priced purchase of a technically deficient or mis-advertised product, after first attempting to ascertain whether the purchased item is indeed technically deficient or mis-advertised as we don't control how any software reads our stock digital content and media.

To complete the refund, and for the comfort of the artist who created the product, you are asked to complete an online form agreeing to destroy the Stock Digital Content and Media Product Files and acknowledge that you no longer have rights in the Stock Digital Content and Media Product Files you purchased.
